Hi guys and girls, my name is Alistair Walford and the founder of Barbertini. In total, I have over 12 years' experience in this industry, starting at the early age of 14. Based in Congleton, I first opened my shop as part of a franchise group back in May 2017 which saw an immense positive start for my business. With the business now holding an impressive 2600 returning customers, numerous 5-star ratings and having a great team of barbers working alongside me.
When I started at Barbertini in July 2019 Alistar and the team gave me an opportunity and saw a massive potential in my skills which no other barbers have seen. The reason I got into barbering at the age of 15-16 I saw an opportunity to become what I am today and I never looked back, this is the only job that actually makes me want to wake up in the morning and love coming to work everyday.
